Hello all,

colobus.isomerica.net encountered a drive failure at 20:15 today (Friday
2006/08/11). A new drive has been purchased and will be picked up
tomorrow. I am heading to the colocation facility at 14:00 (2PM) tomorrow
Saturday 2006/08/12 to replace the failed drive. Between 14:00 and
15:00 a shutdown will be performed in order to replace the drive. At
this time we'll also take the opportunity to upgrade the kernel on
colobus to the latest stable version of Linux.

Apologies for any convenience,
Dan

--- Service Window ---

Saturday 2006/08/12 14:00 - 15:00 EDT
Services performed:
	Remove and replace failed drive
Upgrade kernel to latest stable version

RAID array will be reconstructed after the drive is replaced. This
system will be fully operational at this point, but redundancy will be
limited until the reconstruction is complete (This may take around an
hour).
