This has all been completed successfully. It took a little over 20
minutes before the system was up and running again, and a bit longer
before the IMAP (mail) server was up and running. The array
reconstruction completed around 3:30PM and the array is once again
running in a redundant fashion. We are also now running the 2.6.17.8
Linux kernel.

Once again, apologies for any inconvenience the reboot may have caused.
The new Linux kernel version adds full drive hotswap support so in the
event of another drive failure the system will not need to be rebooted.

Thanks,
Dan
