[isomerica-user] File Alternation Monitor famd switched to gamin

File alteration monitor support (used for remote mail access and other
purposes) has been upgraded from the old famd to the new gamin.  The new
software supports faster methods for polling and notification.

Remote mail users should experience an improvement in new message
notification.  If you notice any issues, please contact me.
