Our colocation provider is moving some systems to a new cabinet, with 
enhanced power delivery and cooling.  colobus will be moved to the new 
rack on Thursday, August 21 between 23:00 and 23:59.  I will be 
combining this with a needed kernel upgrade, which will occur at 
approximately 22:30.  Most likely the move will be completed at the 
earlier end of the range.  I will be performing the kernel upgrade, 
rebooting to test, and then re-racking the system.

Additionally we will be provisioned for serial console access at the 
time (this is not service affecting).

Maintenance Window: 22:30 - 23:59.
Service impact: System will be rebooted for kernel upgrade, back up 
briefly, and then down during the rack move.
